This mod allows you to put all Condition effects into a Potion (except certain very specific ones like Conduit Power).
It also adds some fun "Combo Potion" similar to the Potion of the Turtle Master and some new potion effects that try to be as vanilla friendly as possible !
So enjoy accessing new magics to mess with your friends or to be stronger in PvP !
