A mod that does something sooooo new and original. Adds steel, how come no one else thought of that? Or did they?

Description

Minecraft has a very broken progression system. Going from 251 durability in an iron pick to 1251 with a diamond pick does not make any sense. This mod aims to fix this by adding a mid tier and an good alternative for diamond until enough is found. Not to mention teaching the player a thing or two about alloys! With double the durability of iron and the efficiency of diamond tools make the steel set a very good idea to acquire in the mid game. Simply mine the carbon ore so that the fragments can be smelted with iron to make the steel ingots necessary. Swords armor and tools are really good on their own. However this mod goes the extra mile and adds the PAXELOH, this combination of all the tools in the sets does every job better than the tools did themselves. Not as durable as diamond still, though if you get it, you will be good for a while! Overall, this is a mod for those who prefer a bit of a smoother experience not wanting to go from moderate to OP in a few minutes!

How to Install

Download Forge & Java

Download Forge from the offical Site or here. If you dont have Java installed then install it now from here. After Downloading Forge you can run the file with Java.

Prepare

Lounch Minecraft and select your Forge istallation as Version this will create a Folder called Mods.

Add Mods

Type Win+R and type %appdata% and open the .minecraft Folder. There will you find your Folder called Mods. Place all Mods you want to play in this Folder

You are now Ready. Re-start your Game and start Playing.
