Mine Tooltip create a config "minetooltip.json", that will make you can append your tooltip to items and tags with simple and easy way.
Input the item registry name(or maybe you call it Resource ID) with your tooltip, and add # before the registry name to mark the tag.

(These can feed fox, love from the tag <minecraft:fox_food>. )
