4 new enchantments:
Tidebreaker - summons a jet of water launching all entities up (found in the buried treasure)
Arctic Wind - freezes entities and water (found in the igloo)
Undertow - pulls entities towards the thrower (found in the shipwreck)
Sea Spark - summons a ghostly trident that provides protection (found in the ocean ruins)
3 new items, each controlling the weather states, including the new one
