In this mod the following things exist:

Headband:

the headband is a wearable item and it comes in every color!

Steel Ore:

With the steel ore you can create a new armor as well as tools that are just as strong as Netherite. The ore can spawn from a maximum height of 15 and minimum up to -64

New Creatures:

These two New Creatures can be found in a New Structure. They are currently of no use.
