Mekanism Enchantable (NeoForge Port)

Unofficial NeoForge 1.21.1 port of Mekanism: Enchantable by Meatwo310 (MIT license). All credit for the original idea and design goes to the original author.

What it does
Makes Mekanism gear enchantable at the enchanting table and the anvil:
- Meka-Tool and Atomic Disassembler: tool and weapon enchantments
- Electric Bow: bow enchantments, now also at the enchanting table
- MekaSuit, Jetpack, Free Runners, Scuba gear, Hazmat suit: armor enchantments for the matching slot

Unbreaking and Mending are excluded because this gear has no durability. Sweeping Edge is excluded on tools, and Silk Touch on the Meka-Tool, which already has its own module.

Configuration
`serverconfig/mekanism_enchantable-server.toml`: each category can be turned on or off and has its own enchantability value (default 15). The Meka-Tool and Atomic Disassembler also have an `allowAllEnchantments` option.

Compatibility
- Requires Mekanism 10.7 or newer on NeoForge 1.21.1
- Enchantments and raised level caps from other mods (such as Apothic Enchanting) go through the standard checks and need no extra setup
- Install on the server; installing it on clients too is recommended for correct previews

MIT, same as the original mod. Source included in the jar's repository.
