First Step:  Advanced SPS makes 1 Antimatter Dust from 10 Polonium Pellets.

Second Step:  Advanced SPS makes 1 Antimatter Shard from 10 Antimatter Dust.

Third Step:   Chemical Oxidizer makes 100mB Antimatter from 1 Antimatter Shard.

In other words, 1000 Polonium Pellets is needed to make 1000mB Antimatter.
