Tweaks and Changes for the MCSX Modpack

On Screen Keyboard Tweaks for the OSKB mod.
Renaming in Anvil now done using a Nametag with the Item.
Ability to remove items from Creative mode tabs with a Tag.
Broken Texture Particle is now green.
