Rerolling enchantments is such a pain. Especially when you keep getting Unbreaking I when you're looking for Unbreaking III. With this mod, librarians only sell max level books, so finding what you want becomes a ton easier.
There is also a config option so that they only sell minimum level enchants instead, in case you think librarian enchants are too OP
