The mod is inspired by the wormhole potion in Terraria, where players can use the world map to consume and teleport by simply clicking on the icon of a player on the same team.
Similarly, when you have a wormhole potion in your inventory, you can teleport by clicking on the player icon by opening the map
The currently compatible mod are the Xaero's map series and FTB Chunks
There are two ways to teleport
The first is to hover directly over the player icon on the map
The second is teleportation through the player list in the sidebar
