Fixes copper oxidiation to act more like real life. Copper only oxidezes when exposed to air now.
If you build a structure out of copper, you will find that only the outer layer turns green, and you can reveal that inner layer underneath.
This applys for copper stairs, blocks, and anything else that oxidizes over time.
