Mod adds the ability to disable chat on the server, as well as chat types.
Commands:
/m <username> <text> - Send a private message to the player
/broadcast <type> <text> - Send broadcast
/hat <disable|enable> - Disable/Enable chat
Chats:
!Text - Global Chat
Text - local chat
@Text - admin chat (op only)
