If you have another mod that alters your max HP, but doesn't log you back in with the right amount of HP, then give this a try.
This mod itself does not alter your max HP or anything else. It simply attempts to track the HP of a player as they log off, and then attempts to set their HP to that value when they log back in.
Yes, you can use it in your modpack if you want (MIT license).
