The wands have unique abilites with right and left click. Each tier of wand has stronger abilites.
The first tier is just by crafting each wand with 2 sticks and the wand head. The second tier is by using a "wand upgrade template" (found in village cartographer houses) with the tier 1 wand and a upgrade item. The final tier is droping a second tier wand onto an altar found in a new small structure.
you can make even better wands with the same steps.
