Limited Chunkloading - Chunk cleanup

Small lightweight-server side mod which controls and limits loaded chunks to only stay X time after player logout. 

• Cleans up loaded chunks (tickets) X minutes after a player logs off
• Also cleans up loaded chunks of mod's chunkloaders, add excluded ones to the config to disable

Commands:
List all tickets of a chunk at the given position:
/limitedchunks listActiveTickets <pos>
Lists all chunks with their tickets, which are not loaded by a player
/limitedchunks listnonplayerchunktickets

 Requires Cuboard dependency to be installed in newer versions 

• Set the timeout after player logout which unloads loaded chunks by that player.
• Exclude specific tickets from certain mods from being affected
