When you spawn into a world, you will be given a brand new ailment.
Ailments range from simply needing glasses, using a crutch, or even total darkness! [All screen effects are disabled when using F1]
Heres a list , and the percentage chance, of all the Ailments:
Nothing 20%
Spawn in as simply having no ailment
Iron Deficency 15%
Running Gives Debuffs [Blindness,Weakness,Mining Fatigue]
Brain Anurism 5%
Spawn in with a random chance of dying at any time
Broken Leg 10%
Constant Slowness; Can be negated using the CRUTCH item in the offhand
Fully Blind 5%
Spawn in with a completly black screen; [using F1 removes the screen]
Blind in the Left Eye 5%
Spawn in with the LEFT side of the screen completly black; [using F1 removes the screen]
Blind in the Right Eye 5%
Spawn in with the RIGHT side of your screen completly black; [using F1 removes the screen]
Partially Blind [Glasses] 5%
Spawn in with a blurry shader effect on screen; Can be negated with the GLASSES item in the helmet slot
Glaucoma [tinted screen] 5%
Spawn in with a tinted black screen
Dwarfism 5%
Spawn in at a x0.5 reduction to height and width
Gigantism 5%
Spawn in with a x2 increase of height and width
Broken Arm 5%
No Item Can Be Used or Placed in The Off Hand
Hyperphagia 5%
Stress [RUNNING] Causes Stomach Problems {HUNGER}
Tooth Ache 5%
Causes Pain When Eating Food
