A small mod to slow down growth of crops and livestock

Four Main features, each can be disabled or changed with config

**Livestock grows slower when its in child form

Cannot feed livestock to make them grow faster

Slows down crop growth

Slows down sapling growth**

When a cow is milked enough times it becomes un-milkable for a time
