What is this?

This is a libary mod the provides utilities to mod developers. It has no effect on the game.

Do I need this?

If you're using one of my mods that has been updated after november 2018, it's likely you will. Otherwise no.

How I develop with this?

I'm not really expecting any other developer to use this, but if you want, see the github repo to see what you can do
