A tiny client-side Fabric mod for Minecraft Java 26.2. Hold the left button to keep attacking, hold the right button to keep using / placing / interacting — at a speed you choose. Every option is configurable in-game and takes effect immediately, no restart required.
The mod never touches game state and never sends custom packets. It only feeds extra key press events into the vanilla input pipeline, exactly like a very fast physical mouse press would.

This is a client-side only mod (environment: client). It is ignored on a dedicated server, so the server does not need it.
Without Mod Menu, you can still open the settings: bind "Open LeftRightAutoClick settings" under Options → Controls → Misc. (The settings screen itself needs Cloth Config API.)
Open via Mod Menu → LeftRightAutoClick → config button.

Any |
Waits for the attack cooldown; empty hand works too |
Item classification is based on the item's use animation and item tags first, so items added by other mods are handled sensibly too.
The mod only looks at the hand vanilla would actually use: main hand if it is not empty, otherwise the offhand.

Drop the jar into your client mods folder together with Fabric Loader and Fabric API (plus Mod Menu and Cloth Config API for the in-game settings screen). Remove older versions of this mod before installing a new one — two copies of the same mod will conflict.
