Adds processing steps for Leather.
Wet Leather - Craft Leather with a Water Bucket.
Bound Leather - Craft Wet Leather with 2 String.
Dried Leather - Smelt Bound Leather in a Blast Furnace.
The default recipes are basic, change with KubeJS (or something similar) to fit modpacks.
By default there are no uses for Dried Leather, this is to be used by modpack authors.
Made for expert mode modpacks that want to process Leather and have more steps.
