This is mod for lazy peoples that plays only on one server (or just want to join last one).
In main menu it adds new button, that is available, as you join some server. After you click it, minecraft tries to connect to last server.
Also in disconnected screen (if you were kicked/banned/ or just lost connection) it adds button - Reconnect, that do the same.
Under Reconnect button it has check box, that do it for you. It reconnect to server every 5 seconds.
In mod configuration (available also ingame) you can change some settings, if necessary.
