Lapis bank

This mod runs only on server, meaning even players without forge can join. There is no point in running this mod on your client.
This is allows you to store lapis in a bank. You can acces the bank from anywhere. Use "/LapisBank add" or "/LapisBank get" to interact with a bank. Lapis is hared amongs all players on the server, if you want to store your lapis private use "/LapisBank private add"
