This mod aims to fix an issue between Kilt and Forge Config API Port.
When Kilt is installed alongside ForgeConfigAPIPort, the config loading is too late so that some mods can't read the correct config values of them in the early mod-loading stage. So this mod perhaps solve your problem if the modified config values can't be applied properly after launching game.
