Key Combinations

Simple clientside modification for key combinations system integration (combinations with SHIFT, ALT and CONTROL). Also it will add keybindings for all internal controls (Quit (Esc), Hide HUD (F1), etc.).

Supported MC versions: 1.6.4, 1.7.10, 1.8.9.

It will not cause crash if installed on server.

These features are included in ReBind for 1.7.10 & 1.8.9.

• Fixed MineMenu key behavior. If it combined with ctrl, shift or alt it will work properly.
• Code cleanup.
