Ever wanted to give your mod pack a unique identity right from the start? With KazLabs Utilities, you can add custom startup music that plays during the preinitialization phase of Minecraft, making it perfect for setting the tone before you even reach the main menu. Simply drop your .wav files into the assets directory of your Minecraft root folder, and KazLabs Utilities will take care of the rest.
Important Requirements
Can I use this in my Modpacks?
Of course, Just as long as it's marked as a dependent (Curseforge should do by default anyway)
How can I add my own Music?
Simply place the Wave file of your choice (e.g. mojang.wav) into the "assets" folder in your minecraft root directory.
.minecraft | - - assets | - - audio.wav
Will this be updated to version x.y.z?
I will do my best to port it up to the newer version, but as FML likes to change how mods are constructed or loaded once in a while, It might take a little bit of time to get right.
Will this be available for older then 1.20.1?
Unlikely, I found a sweet spot. IF there is demand for it, Yes I will. But only then.
I'm getting this Error: xxxxx?
Create an Issue, Upload your Log (Removing PII) And I'll address it as soon as I can.
Will you support other audio file types?
No... Because Keeping to as Native java code as possible, means making it as lite as possible. #KeepItPerformant
Who was this made for?
