Kaiser is a magic mod designed to be used as a reward system. It adds new weapons, magic items, useful consumables, and other interesting items that greatly improve the experience of playing the game.
This is not a standalone mod, it is intended that a pack developer would pick some method for distributing stack tokens to players. An example of how this mod should be used is by giving stack tokens as a reward for completing quests in a quest book.
