Will perform the same system as a clear-lag plugin, with customizable time intervals, warning time, and an item whitelist for any items you don't want it to clear!
After seeing the very few choices of clear-lag plugins available for modded 1.12, I've made my own, as a mod!
Installing Mod
Just drag and drop the mod into your mods folder. You should only need the mod on the server.
