Potion needles are a new feature that this mod adds. They provide the benefit of being instantaneous like splash potions, without the risk of splashing your opponent, and having the same strength as regular potions. They also have the advantage of stacking up to 8, unlike potions.
To fill a needle, right click an empty needle while holding the potion in the offhand.
