Due to changes in forge 1.12.2 2847+, NotEnoughCodecs will crash the game when launching.
This fork fix the crash by removing all codecs other than flac and mp3.
For now, the only mod using these codecs is Charset Audio.
Contains parts of JLayer (libgdx fork), Java Advanced Audio Decoder (JAAD) and JustFLAC libraries.
