This mod adds a new weapon, the Katana, which can be crafted out of most vanilla Minecraft ingots and gems. The Katana is slightly faster and does more damage than a sword, however their durability is far worse than the axe, and it is hard to get good luck with them in the enchantment table. What really stands out with the mod is the new Scarlet Crimson ore that be mined at Y levels lower than 10, and is used (in combination with some expensive items) to make the Nichirin Blade, which easily becomes the best weapon in the game with 15 base attack damage!
