JMC's Chunkloader

Adds a Block that keeps the Chunk its placed in loaded

Craftable with 4 Obsidian, 4 Gold and 1 Emerald Block

Useful for Mob-Farms or other automatic Farms so that you dont have to be near them or have to build them in the Spawn-Chunk

Or just use it to keep your Furnaces loaded
