An add-on mod for Item Alchemy that makes the Transmutation Table truly recognize NBT.
Full shulker box support: A shulker box filled with items can be placed into the Transmutation Table as a whole, and its EMC is calculated as the sum of the items inside. Shulker boxes with different contents are distinguished as separate entries.
Shift preview: Hold Shift while hovering over a shulker box to display a 9×3 preview of its contents. Use WASD or arrow keys to move the focus and view item names and EMC.
NBT item distinction: Items with the same ID but different NBT (e.g., different potions, enchanted items, named items) can be added, displayed, purchased, and placed while retaining their corresponding NBT.
Potion NBT fix: Vanilla potions no longer turn into "Uncraftable Potion" after being stored and retrieved.
EMC set keybind: Press K while holding an item to directly open the EMC setting screen, supporting both per-world and global scopes.
Configuration GUI: Provides a visual configuration interface via Cloth Config + Mod Menu (covering distinction mode, display style, shulker box strategy, etc.).
(NEW!) Automation devices: Adds redstone-controllable devices such as the EMC Card and EMC-to-Item Converter. They can convert input items into EMC, or convert EMC into items already stored in a selected Transmutation Table. These features can be disabled in the config.
Scans all crafting, smelting, and other recipes (including mod-defined custom types) to automatically calculate prices for items without defined EMC based on the sum of their material EMC values. Enable this feature in Mod Menu → Item Alchemy Expansion → Experimental category.
Does not override your manual settings: Any item you have manually assigned an EMC value after auto-pricing will always take priority over auto-pricing, unless you run auto-pricing again. EMC values defined by vanilla or upstream mods are also never overwritten.
Confirmation dialog on first enable: Lists all items with manually set EMC values, requiring you to check each one to decide whether to hand them over to auto-pricing or keep your manual values.
Results shared across saves: Auto-pricing results are cached globally, so no recalculation is needed when switching saves. The cache automatically recalculates when dependent mods are added, removed, or updated.
Re-trigger: If you accidentally click "Keep" or want to re-run batch re-pricing, use the command /itemalchemy-expansion reprice to bring up the dialog again.
For items that already exist in the Transmutation Table without NBT (e.g., Uncraftable Potions), this mod cannot fix them. The items must be placed into the table again after installing the mod for the fix to take effect.
