• Levitation I for 8 seconds
• Hunger I for 30 seconds
• A 70% chance of Weakness I or a 30% chance of Poison II for 5 seconds

  They can be found in:
• 1-2 in Jungle Temples at a 28% chance 
• 0-1 from phantoms at a 15% chance
