Invisible torches work exactly like vanilla torches except they are invisible when placed
To find them simply hold an Invisible Torch in your hand
CONFIG: Placing any Vanilla/Invisible torch on top of a Spawner will disable it, false by default
Note: Make sure server and client configs match
