Inventory Tweaks ExtraFoamy

This mod is an unofficially maintained collection of assorted bugfixes backported to 1.7.10 for the mod Inventory Tweaks.

Changes relative to the last 1.7.10 build:

• Added option to disable the "Configuration loaded." message on world load. (TGNThump)
• Added support for item display name rules, for example D1 "My Sword's Name". (thecodewarrior)
• Many bugfixes, in particular BattleGear2 compatibility. (Kobata, asie, SvenKayser, thecodewarrior)
