Does exactly what it say on the tin. Adds 1 type of ore (Scandium Ore) with 2 ingots (Scandium Ingot and Enriched Scandium Ingot), to make the enriched scandium ingot you take a normal ingot and infuse it with a nether star, these enriched ingots then are used to create the armor set and weapons. The Armor will not stop you dying but will protect you up to 25 hearts worth of damage.
