More :

1) To go to The Inferno dimension the portal frame block is Stone Brick and the portal igniter is the Blood Tear (craftable check JEI)

2) To go to The Underworld dimension the portal frame block is Chiseled Polished Blackstone and the portal igniter is the Death Commander (drops when you defeat the King Of Flames)

3) To go to Nowhere dimension the portal frame block is Crying Obsidian and the portal igniter is the Dark Totem (craftable check JEI)

4) Fore summoning Dracula, Skeleton Skulls can be found in The Ancient Castle Structure in The Underworld Dimension

5) (To summon the Bosses check the following image)

5) For everything else check JEI for all the recipes
