this mod adds a slightly costumisable scoreboard for a modpack called Infectus (not yet released to the public)
it tracks kills and deaths and how many days have passed
this scoreboard also tracks infection (potion effect) from 3 mods. specifically Infectious, Zombie Extreme and Apocalypse Now - this function can be disabled in config
