This mod makes it so zombies have a low chance to infecy you when you are hit. When you are infected, you get a random negitave effect, and have a chance to get more than one. You even have a chance to get a new effect called "Infected", once infected, you have 5 seconds before you die. This mod is great for hard zombie apocalypse modpacks.
