There are 5 options for mob cap, the config defaults to the default vanilla value.

  • Monster: These are hostile mobs, things like zombies, skeletons, etc
  • Creature: These are mostly passive and neutral mods, bees, sheep, cows, etc
  • Ambient: Bats
  • Water Creature: Dolphins and Squid
  • Water Ambient: Fish
