Add uses to copper

Contents:

• New Copper Alloy made by combining 4 iron nuggets and 4 copper ingots
• Upgrade gold armor on the smithing table with the copper alloy
• Copper wrench to rotate blocks

1.16.5 version uses caves and cliffs backport to work
