[Immersive Vehicles] IAV Parts pack

Description

The Industrial Association of Vehicle Manufacturers is a collaborative parts pack for Immersive vehicles, adding a wide array of parts, and unique crafting recipies with custom recipies for Immersive Engineering.

IAV will however work with most if not all convention compliant packs.
