IHateSnow

Description

IHateSnow is a mod I made to spite the fact that I can't place blocks over top of snow. So I said "no you, I know how to code". Here's the list of features:

- Allows placement of blocks over top of snow layers 1-7 (but not over top of full blocks)

- Using shovels (and shovel related tools) only drop snow when crouching

- Using shovel related tools enchanted with Silk Touch or Fortune only drop snow when not crouching

...I thought there were more features. Oh well, there will be more IHate[BLANK] style mods in the future when I come up with more things to complain about. In the meantime, I'll get to work porting it to every version under the sun (except prior to 1.12.2 unless there's huge demand for some reason).

I'll also release the source code shortly; I just have to setup the GitHub page for it.
