Icy U Melting

This is a really simple mod, with one line of functionality, that disables random ticks for ice. What this means is that with this mod, ice in your world will no longer melt.

This mod is optional on both the server and client side, but will need to be installed on whatever happens to be hosting the game, either the server for multiplayer or the client for singleplayer.
