Explanation:
Craft a Hydro Bench using a bottle of experience, oak planks, glass and a water bucket, topped off with redstone and you should be ready to generate!
Power your Hydro Bench with redstone (and right click it to check), which will generate Essence - either the Hydro variant or Partial Essence, which can be into the entire essence by surrounding a magma cube with it in a crafting table.
From there, craft up your very own experience bottle using 3 Hydro Essence and an empty glass bottle!
