HR Fixes

HR Fixes is an independent third-party compatibility mod developed for the Hollow Realm modpack.

It provides targeted fixes for compatibility issues between supported Minecraft mods, helping them work together without changing their core gameplay.

This project is independently maintained and is not an official release or update of Eternal Starlight or any other third-party mod.

What Does It Fix?

HR Fixes includes targeted compatibility patches for:

• Eternal Starlight — Fixes client-side attachment synchronization issues.
• Collections of Optimizations & Structurify — Prevents a specific conflicting Mixin from causing compatibility issues.
• Goety Add-ons — Fixes unsafe random-source access in affected world-generation and entity behaviors.
• FTB Quests & Quest Enhance — Fixes errors related to quest panel updates and closing.
• Apotheosis & JEI — Fixes socketing recipe display issues.

Each fix is designed to address a specific compatibility problem while preserving the original mod's behavior.

Optional Mod Compatibility

HR Fixes does not require you to install every mod listed above.

Only the supported Minecraft and Forge versions are required to load HR Fixes. All other supported mods are optional.

• Compatible patches activate automatically when their supported targets are detected.
• Missing or unsupported target versions are skipped without blocking game startup.
• Unrelated patches remain unaffected.

Skipping a patch does not guarantee that an unsupported mod version is fully compatible.

For exact supported versions and testing details, please check the changelog of the release you are installing.

Installation

1. Close Minecraft completely.
2. Download the appropriate HR Fixes JAR from the Files tab.
3. Place it in your Minecraft mods folder.
4. Remove any older HR Fixes JAR before launching the game.

Keep only one version of HR Fixes installed at a time.

Mod ID: hollowrealm_performance_compat

Important Information

HR Fixes focuses on compatibility, not gameplay changes or performance optimization.

It does not intentionally change quest content, rewards, equipment balance, saved-world formats, or world-generation rules.

Some Hollow Realm fixes, such as custom gem data corrections, are maintained separately in the modpack and are not included in this JAR.

No FPS, TPS, or memory performance improvements are promised.

Compatibility and testing coverage may vary between releases. Always refer to the relevant file changelog for current details and known limitations.
