Press this keybind and it opens the waystone menu
Due to the way I had to do this with Mcreator, there is a visual bug where the player discovers a waystone that doesn't exist at their current location.

A game rule that if set to OFF will disallow players from using the keybind
(intended for modpacks that makes the player earn the ability to fast travel with a keybind)
A game rule that disallows players from using the keybind until the specific number of seconds have passed
(intended for modpacks that don't want a cooldown on waystones but only on the keybind)

A game rule that disallows players from using the keybind until they have activated a waystone in the dimension they are in. (May cause issues have too many dimension mods)
Additionally, destroying the last waystone right-clicked will revert to the old system which may cause issues with other mods.
A game rule that makes the fast travel use a proxy waystone which may cause issues with other mods but doesn't require teleporting the player to fast travel
