it contains 

horuptamantionaiuejaoepolron ore which can be found underground

you need diamond pickaxe to obtain horuptamantionaiuejaoepolron which is used to craft armor and tools

armor gives special effects to the player, tools gives haste

to craft horuptamantionaiuejaoepolron tools/armor you need horuptamantionaiuejaoepolron and piece of diamond armor or diamond tools instead of sticks to craft the tools!
