Inspired by Homing Exp Orbs, this mod allows Xp orbs automatically fly toward the player with a distance. The detection range of the Xp orbs is configurable. This mod modifies the ExperienceOrb.class through Mixin, so it should apply to all entities that extend the ExperienceOrb.
Additionally, this mod offers two modes for XP orbs: acceleration mode and constant speed mode:
- Acceleration Mode: Distant XP orbs will fly toward the player in the vanilla way, receiving a constant acceleration vector pointing toward the player. This makes the movement of the XP orbs smoother. However, similar to vanilla, when the player is too far away, the orbs may not be able to adjust their flight direction in time.
- Constant Speed mode: The velocity vector of distant Xp orbs will continue pointing toward the player while maintaining a constant length, but this mode of movement may sometimes appear less smooth.
Note: Unfortunately, due to the author's limited abilities, this mod does not provide the rainbow-colored particles as Homing Exp Orbs.
