Adds enchanted books going all the way up to level 254. You can technically combine books up to that point, but you will need a REALLY good xp farm.
Enchants that normally do not have multiple levels are unchanged.
This mod also allows for the /enchant command to work up to level 254, though there is sometimes enchants that for some reason do not support the /enchant command at higher levels, but do work with the books.
Also removes the level cap on anvils. (too expensive will still be there). Also I recommend using treasure or some other method of getting higher level enchants as combining books gets very expensive.
